Refund and Cancelation Policy

A refund and or cancelation can only happen if and when Mitchell Ivan Williams CPR has not placed the request of course purchase to AHA. Once the request of course purchase has been placed from AHA, Mitchell Ivan Williams CPR will also receive a copy of the purchase showing proof the course has been sent. Each course key sent from AHA is set specifically per individual. 

Please before purchasing any course, you check with your HR/Coordinator to verify course required.

Mitchell Ivan Williams CPR LLC encourages its customer’s to periodically read the Refund and Cancelation Policy. At any point in time Mitchell Ivan Williams CPR LLC has the right to change and update the Refund and Cancelation Policy. It will state “Last Update” with the date of change.
